1. Who we are

Arpanet BV is a company registered in the Netherlands ("Arpanet", "we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at hello@arpanet.com.

Company registration number and registered address are to be completed before launch.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: when you request a demo or contact us, we receive the details you submit (such as your name, work email and message).

Information collected automatically: basic server logs needed to operate and secure the site (such as IP address, timestamp and user agent), and — only if you accept optional cookies — aggregate analytics.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiries and demo requests, to operate, maintain and secure the website, and — with your consent — to understand and improve how the site is used in aggregate.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: your consent (for optional analytics); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site; and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (for demo and sales enquiries).

5. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We use a limited number of processors (such as hosting and email providers) under data-processing agreements. Where possible, data is processed within the EU/EEA; any transfer outside is covered by appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@arpanet.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
