KVKK Notice (for visitors in Türkiye)

For visitors in Türkiye, this notice explains the processing of personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in addition to the GDPR-based Privacy Policy above. The data controller for this website is Arpanet BV (Netherlands); the Turkish legal entity Arpanet Bilişim A.Ş. operates its own site (arpanet.com.tr) with its own KVKK notice.

2. Data processed and purposes
We process the contact details you send us (such as your name and email) and the content of your message to respond to your enquiries, and basic technical data (server/access logs) to operate and secure the website. Aggregated analytics is processed only with your explicit consent.
3. Legal grounds
Processing relies on the grounds in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including the legitimate interests of the data controller (operating and securing the site, responding to you), the establishment or performance of a contract at your request, and your explicit consent for optional analytics.
4. Transfers
As the controller is established in the Netherlands, data is processed primarily within the EU/EEA. Any transfer to a service provider is carried out in accordance with the conditions and safeguards set out in the KVKK (and, in parallel, the GDPR).
5. Your rights (Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, erasure or destruction, object to results arising solely from automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
